2010 Vancouver Olympic Torch Relay

This is as far as one can travel south on mainland Canada - Point Pelee National Park, at "the tip."
The torch was passed here this morning continuing on it's 45,000 kilometer trek across and up and down Canada...and on it's way to Vancouver, British Columbia for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games this February.

What a beautiful spot! Stupid question: Is that on a Great Lake?

Lake Erie. Not stupid - I should have mentioned it. This is looking south across Lake Erie from the very bottom of Canada. The land literally makes a long point into the lake - that's the part the two runners are standing on.
