Account of Decadent Housewife who grew up a farm girl, hums opera, married a geek and lives in a houseful of men, none of whom ever have clean socks or underwear.
I'm glad you like the pictures! I take it as a high compliment from someone with such wonderful photos on her own site. I will however, admit that I cheat. Since sidebar photos shrink so much, I up both the contrast and saturation, wrecking havoc on the detail. Oh well, it's too small to see the details!
Adeena, I like the buckles too, but think the metal on the toes is a bit over the top.
Patricia, End of August...you are right they wouldn't work as we get that same Florida humidity here on account of the Great Lakes.
(True confessions; I was going outside to feed The Cat on the bitterest day we've had this winter and these things were standing there...warmest and easiest to slip into.)
I am Decadent Housewife.
I live in the country.
I hum opera in the kitchen.
Welcome to my mid-life crisis.
It involves men. Speedy, Violinist, Fun, Buff and Geek Guy aka GG - three twenty-somethings, a teen and one husband.

Well...........they wouldn't work down here in the hot and humid south.
When is the wedding, Trish?

Just came across your blog and love it! Well, some brides get married in DM's, so why not?
Fellow MOG, thanks, and the heels are sensible too, so who knows.
